G Srinivasa Rao - Chairman
G Srinivasa Rao is the Founder and Chairman of SVN Realty and the driving force behind the success of many development projects to date. With over 40 years at the helm, his passion and natural intuition are still as focused today, as it was in the beginning.
He sets strategic direction for development, supervises the risk management of the entire company and guides the business to fulfill their contracts while maintaining sustainable, yet stable, growth. His development-focused ethos will help the group soar through new ventures and developments.
G Karteek - Director
Karteek has over 15 years experience in construction, hospitality & optical industry.
He oversees the financial performance of the company to ensure it maintains a robust and strong financial capability while fortifying the development at various construction stages to maintain our company's track record of success.
G Eshwar Kaushik - Director
Kaushik provides the first level of contact with our customers and for many; he is the face of SVN Group. Having spent more than 5 years in Singapore, he is very instrumental in the upward drive of the group to ensure SVN Group achieves great success whilst maintaining an excellent service standard.
He has a strong understanding of market expectations & requirements which are complemented by his technical & management knowledge, excellent communication skills and wide industry network.
